Acceptance and authority
By installing or using PDPKit, you accept these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the Shopify store. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the app.
The service
PDPKit provides configurable Theme App Extension blocks for Shopify product pages and an embedded interface for plan and setup information. Features available to a store depend on its currently verified subscription plan.
Merchant responsibilities
- Maintain an eligible Shopify store and secure account access.
- Review, test, and publish block content and appearance through Shopify Theme Editor.
- Ensure store content, claims, accessibility, privacy notices, and use of the blocks comply with applicable law and Shopify requirements.
- Do not misuse PDPKit, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Current prices, billing intervals, trials, and plan features are shown on Shopify's hosted app-pricing page before approval. Shopify processes subscription approval and billing under its platform terms. You can manage or cancel the app subscription through Shopify. Cancellation, downgrade, verification failure, or uninstalling can remove access to paid features.
Merchant content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for and rights in content you enter in Shopify Theme Editor. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use PDPKit with your Shopify store while the applicable plan is active. PDPKit's software, design, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and changes
PDPKit may be updated to improve functionality, security, or Shopify compatibility. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
Third-party services
PDPKit depends on Shopify and hosting or support providers. Their services and terms are separate, and PDPKit is not responsible for outages, changes, or actions controlled by those providers.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PDPKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. PDPKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material misuse, security risk, nonpayment, loss of Shopify eligibility, or violation of these terms. You may stop using PDPKit at any time by canceling the subscription and uninstalling the app.
Questions
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the public PDPKit support process. Do not include access tokens, passwords, payment details, customer information, or other confidential store data in a support request.
